As a system implementor, I've brought in the ISIS team to handle training and documentation for a number of system replacement projects. For a nationwide Salesforce.com roll-out, the ISIS team developed extensive user manuals for multiple units at a newly-merged money management firm and delivered training to 150+ users around the country. For the implementation of a complex custom grants management application for one of the nation's largest community foundations, the ISIS team developed user-focused application documentation and delivered training to users ranging from clerical to executive. While working as an HR Manager, I retained ISIS Training for a large skills assessment and training project involving employees in multiple states. Patricia pulled in extra resources as necessary and created a great team whose knowledge and expertise were greatly needed and highly valued. Their efforts resulted in some very useful information regarding interpersonal and technical skill levels, as well as plans to address those needs.
Using DiSC® Classic 2 Plus, ISIS worked with the Executive team to determine their individual styles and help them to better understand themselves and others. DiSC results also provided the Executive Team insight into training programs and assessment profile tests to meet their solution-based training needs. Eventually, ISIS provided insight into DiSC profile assessments and delivered DiSC training programs to the entire CEL organization.
In addition to her expertise, we particularly appreciated her flexibility. She ensured that all employees were involved, no matter how many or how few employees were involved. She adjusted her pace to ours no matter how quickly or slowly we moved, and adjusted the scope or direction of the project no matter how dramatically or how often the budget or priorities changed.
